Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-07

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out rules for using GatifyAI (the "Service"). It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including guests, registered users, and anyone using the Service through an API key. Violating this Policy may result in content removal, rate limiting, or suspension or termination of your access.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to generate, request, store, or share content that: is illegal in the jurisdictions relevant to your use; sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way; harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any individual or group; is intended to defame, or to intentionally deceive people about, a real person or organization; provides instructions for creating weapons, malware, or other tools primarily designed to cause serious harm; infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or attempts to generate content that violates the usage policies of the underlying model provider.

Abuse of the Service

You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or model restrictions on your account or API key; scrape or bulk-extract community-published prompts or personas outside the Service's own features for doing so; reverse-engineer the Service to bypass security controls; interfere with the Service's infrastructure, including through excessive automated requests; or use another person's account or API key without permission.

Community gallery content

Prompts and personas you publish to the community gallery must comply with this Policy and must not impersonate a real person without their consent, misrepresent their authorship, or be designed primarily to help others violate this Policy. We may remove published content that violates this Policy without prior notice.

API-specific rules

If you access the Service through the API, you are responsible for ensuring that any application or integration you build enforces this Policy for its own end users. We may suspend an API key without notice if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate this Policy or to abuse the Service.

Enforcement

We may review content and usage patterns to enforce this Policy, using a combination of automated systems and human review. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, and we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Reporting a violation

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this Policy, please report it to [contact email] with enough detail (such as a link or conversation reference) for us to investigate.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to address new risks or misuse patterns. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
